Tot School Gathering Place is Taking a Break!

Tot School™ Gathering Place is going to take a indefinite break! I so love bringing moms of tots together online, but the need for a gathering place isn’t seeming as strong now that the web world has changed so much since Tot School began so many years ago! We may return with a different plan to gather together, but for now we are taking an indefinite break from the weekly link up. Thanks to all of you who faithfully link up such fabulous posts!

This coming Saturday, May 13th, is National Frog Jumping Day! The day is based on Mark Twain’s first short story entitled The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County. The annual frog jumping contest began in 1849 and is still going strong today! The longest frog jumping record was set in 1986 and was a jump of 21 feet 5 ¾ inches! So, go out and maybe do some frog hunting and see how far he can jump! Whatever you end up doing with your Tot, don’t forget to share it with us here at the Gathering Place! We love to see what you’re up to!

Flowers are in full bloom here and they are looking mighty gorgeous this year! GrandMama Deb and GrandTot Zoey have decided to bring them indoors as their theme for Tot Schooling this week! Head on over to Living Montessori Now and see what fun they had this week!

It’s not something we always talk about but many moms of littles struggle with anger. We become a mother we don’t recognize at times and become ashamed. If that rings true for you at all, this course alone makes the entire bundle worth it. It is valued at $29 and is simply fabulous. The Temper Toolkit is a collection of practical strategies, honest stories, and Biblical resources from one mom to another to help you take control of your temper BEFORE you lose it.

Here’s a screenshot from inside of the course. It is very well organized, contains videos, printables, and more.
